Carrie Barcomb is a contemporary landscape painter based in Pennsylvania. She earned her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1994. Her career includes technical, botanical, and environmental illustration, along with graphic and website design.  Barcomb works primarily in oil and acrylic, and her paintings explore landscape through color, light, and movement, using atmospheric abstraction to translate observed environments into expressive compositions.
